Heysnaps facts and figures
Heysnaps collects every guest’s photos at an event through one QR code, with no app and no sign-up. It costs $39 to $149 per event, paid once.
- What it is
- A photo sharing service for events. Guests upload photos and videos to one private album by scanning a QR code or opening a link.
- For guests
- No app and no account. The upload page runs in the phone's browser. Guest pages are available in English, Spanish, German and Dutch.
- Events
- Weddings, graduation parties, quinceañeras, birthdays, baby showers, family reunions, celebrations of life, company events, races.
- Pricing model
- One payment per event. No subscription.
- Plans
- Starter $39 (12 months of storage); Standard $59 (24 months of storage); Premium $89 (24 months of storage); Corporate $149 (12 months of storage).
- Included
- Private album, QR code and share link, printable signs, guest gallery, download in original quality. Live slideshow, video and guest book depend on the plan.
- Photo book
- 8 × 11 inch hardcover, laid out automatically from the album. From $79 with 40 pages, $2 per additional page, up to 200 pages, plus shipping. Requires at least 30 photos. You can lay out and preview your book today. Ordering printed copies for US addresses opens soon.
- Highlight video
- A vertical video made from the album's photos and videos, at no extra charge.
- Races
- Spectator photos are sorted by bib number against the start list. Each participant gets a page with their photos. Pricing by number of participants, on request.
- Privacy
- Albums are reachable only by link or QR code and are not indexed by search engines. Guest upload and gallery pages set no cookies and load no analytics or advertising scripts.
- Data storage
- Servers in the European Union (Finland), encrypted backups in Germany.
- Operator
- Heysnaps is operated from Austria, European Union. It runs on the same platform as Albumora (albumora.de).
