A digital guest book with voice and video messages

A digital guest book lets guests leave a voice message, a video, or a written note from their own phone. With Heysnaps they scan the same QR code they use for photos, so there is no rented audio phone and no app. The messages stay in your album, and written ones can be printed in the photo book.

Compared with an audio guest book phone

A rented vintage phone looks great on a table, and guests have to line up for it. A QR code lets everyone record at their own table, at any time, including the guests who leave early.

Three kinds of messages

Voice for the people who do not like cameras, video for the ones who do, and text for a quick note. All three land in the same place.

Kept with the photos

You download the messages with the rest of the album. They are yours to keep, not locked inside a service.

Questions

Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code or tap the link, and the upload page opens in their phone's browser. There is no app to install and no sign-up, which is why older relatives use it too.
Is the guest book included?
It is included in the larger plans and can be added to the others. The pricing page shows which is which.
How long can a message be?
Messages are meant to be short, a minute or two. Guests can leave more than one.
