What does guest photo sharing cost?
Most QR code photo-sharing services charge once per event, and a few charge by guest count or by monthly subscription. Heysnaps is one price per event, from $39 to $149, with no subscription. The price matters less than three limits behind it: how many photos, whether videos count, and how long the album stays online.

What are the pricing models?
Per event: you pay once and the album covers the whole celebration. This is the most common model and the easiest to budget. Per guest: the price rises with the guest list, which is cheap for a dinner of twenty and adds up for a wedding of two hundred. Subscription: a monthly fee, which suits venues and planners who run events every week and rarely suits a couple.
What do the limits mean in practice?
Check the photo limit against your guest count. A hundred guests sending ten photos each is a thousand photos, before the three friends who send two hundred each. Check whether videos are included, because that is often the line between the entry plan and the next one. And check storage time: an album that closes after three months is a problem if you want to build a photo book in the spring.
What does Heysnaps cost?
The plans are Starter $39 · Standard $59 · Premium $89 · Corporate $149. Each is paid once per event. Every plan includes the QR code, browser upload with no app, a private album, and the live slideshow. Videos start with Standard, and the audio, video, and text guest book is part of Premium.
The full table, with limits and storage time per plan, is on the pricing page.
Are there free options?
Some services have a free tier with a small upload or guest limit, which is fine for a birthday dinner. For a wedding you will hit the limit before the first dance. With Heysnaps you can set up the album, see your QR code, and preview the guest page for free, and you pay when you activate it to collect photos.
How does that compare with disposable cameras?
A camera on every table means buying the cameras and then paying to develop and scan each roll, and you see the results weeks later. A QR code album is one price for the event, and the photos arrive the same night in full resolution.
